We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator specializing in civil projects to join our team at Job Hub HR. This mid-level, full-time position is based in Bangalore Urban. The ideal candidate will be skilled in coordinating complex civil projects, ensuring they meet defined budgets and timelines while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and familiar with standard project management software.
- Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD for developing and reviewing technical drawings and plans.
- Experience with Primavera P6 for project scheduling and monitoring of project timelines.
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) to enhance project efficiency (Mandatory skill).
- Expert in construction document management to ensure proper documentation and record-keeping throughout project lifecycle.
- Skilled in project scheduling to effectively allocate resources and track project progress.
- Ability to conduct cost estimation to predict project expenses and assist in budget creation.
- Competence in blueprint reading to interpret designs and specifications accurately.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise project activities to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Facilitate effective communication among project stakeholders, ensuring transparency and clarity in conveying project plans.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate systems and tools to track progress and mitigate risks.
- Assist in resource allocation and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes and enhance project efficiency.
- Prepare and deliver reports on project status, changes, and performance to stakeholders.
- Ensure that safety and quality standards are strictly adhered to throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support project managers in budget management, including cost estimation and financial tracking.
- Participate in post-project evaluation to determine the effectiveness of the project and identify areas for future improvement.
