Job Overview
We are seeking a full-time HR Trainee for our office in Bangalore Urban. This junior position is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience who are eager to contribute to a dynamic HR environment. The ideal candidate will possess essential HR skills and be ready to engage in various human resources functions to support organizational objectives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficient in HRIS Software with a strong understanding of its applications in modern HR functions.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for handling data and generating reports effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment tools to aid in efficient hiring processes.
- Ability to foster strong employee relations to maintain a positive workplace environment.
- Experience in payroll management to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Must have skills in HR trainees (Mandatory skill) to handle a variety of HR tasks and responsibilities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and implementation of effective onboarding plans for new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records using HRIS software to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Support the recruitment process by leveraging recruitment tools and conducting initial interviews.
- Assist in preparing payroll each month, ensuring all necessary documents are in place for accurate disbursement.
- Facilitate smooth communication between the HR department and other departments within the organization.
- Provide support in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Resolve employee queries and issues related to HR processes, fostering a supportive work environment.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
