Job Overview:We are seeking a Junior HR Operations professional to join our team in Bangalore Urban. This full-time role requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various HR operational tasks and ensuring smooth HR processes within the organization. This role demands a keen eye for detail and a passion for people and process management.
- Qualifications and Skills:Proficiency in HR operations processes and activities (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with Workday for managing enterprise cloud applications for finance and human capital management.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors for cloud-based human resource management solutions.
- Competence in using ADP Workforce Now for payroll, HR management, and time & attendance solutions.
- Knowledge of Taleo for talent acquisition and tracking applicant data effectively.
- Ability to manage Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) with strong organizational skills.
- Skilled in payroll processing to ensure accurate and timely salary payments to employees.
- Experience in employee benefits administration, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Roles and Responsibilities:Administrate and support daily operations of the HR department to advance HR strategies and initiatives.
- Manage and process employee payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant state and federal regulations.
- Coordinate employee benefits programs including enrollments, renewals, and claims management.
- Maintain HRIS data integrity and support HR team with system updates and enhancements.
- Assist in the talent acquisition process by coordinating interviews and managing applicant tracking systems.
- Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports for management review and strategical planning.
- Support employee relations by addressing employee inquiries, resolving issues, and nurturing positive work environment.
- Participate in developing HR policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
