Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce our recruitment services
• Identify and understand the recruitment needs of clients
• Provide information about our services and answer client inquiries
• Schedule appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions
• Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals
