We are hiring a Telecaller to join our dynamic team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients and maintaining a strong customer database. Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
• Good knowledge of telemarketing techniques
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Positive attitude and a strong desire to achieve targets
• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
• Familiarity with the recruitment industry is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and persuade them to use our services
• Maintain a strong customer database and update it regularly
