The On-Campus Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, gathering requirements, maintaining data in Excel sheets, and following up with clients over the phone. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary on-campus point of contact for assigned clients.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
• Requirement Gathering:
• Work closely with clients to gather detailed requirements for projects and services.
• Document and manage client requirements using Excel sheets.
• Ensure all client needs are accurately captured and communicated to internal teams.
• Data Management:
• Maintain and update client information and project details in Excel sheets.
• Analyze and organize data to support client projects and reporting needs.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity at all times.
• Client Follow-Up:
• Follow up with clients via phone to ensure their requirements are being met.
• Provide regular updates on project status and address any client concerns.
• Proactively communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Administrative Support:
• Assist with scheduling meetings and coordinating on-campus visits.
• Prepare and distribute client-related documents and reports.
• Support the client services team with various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
