Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our team at JMD Jobs. As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and closing sales deals over the phone. This is a full-time position based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Qualifications and Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience in tele sales or a similar role is preferred.
- Ability to persuade and influence others.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle objections.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office.
- Highly target driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential clients through cold calling and other lead-generation strategies.
- Contact prospective clients via phone calls and email to present our services and solutions.
- Understand client needs and requirements and provide them with appropriate solutions.
- Maintain and update the customer database with contact details and relevant information.
- Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and secure sales.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall team targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales plans.
