Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our team at JMD Jobs. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. The ideal candidate should have less than 1 year of experience and a strong passion for sales.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in sales or customer service
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by presenting and selling company products and services
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the customer base
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management
