  • Proven ability in recruitment with a passion for sourcing and hiring the best talent. Experience: 0-1 years.
  • Proficient in developing and maintaining talent pipelines to meet current and future organizational needs (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficient in sourcing candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and referrals.
  • Strong interviewing skills to assess candidates' suitability based on job requirements and organizational culture.
  • Experience in candidate assessment through various methodologies to ensure the best hiring decisions.
  • Ability to promote employer branding through effective communication with potential candidates.
  • Skilled in negotiation to facilitate job offers and reach mutually beneficial agreements with candidates.
  • Effective onboarding skills to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to identify and attract top talent.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to shortlist qualified candidates for further consideration.
  • Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process including scheduling interviews and feedback sessions.
  • Maintain a database of potential candidates and manage talent pooling activities.
  • Assist in developing job descriptions and job specifications to effectively communicate requirements.
