- Proficient in sourcing candidates through various channels including social media, job boards, and referrals.
- Strong interviewing skills to assess candidates' suitability based on job requirements and organizational culture.
- Experience in candidate assessment through various methodologies to ensure the best hiring decisions.
- Ability to promote employer branding through effective communication with potential candidates.
- Skilled in negotiation to facilitate job offers and reach mutually beneficial agreements with candidates.
- Effective onboarding skills to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to identify and attract top talent.
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to shortlist qualified candidates for further consideration.
- Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process including scheduling interviews and feedback sessions.
