Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Relationship Manager - Broking to join our team in Bharuch on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 3 years of work experience in Client Relationship Management and Sales. As a Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing client relationships and driving sales.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Client Relationship Management (Mandatory skill): Experience in managing and nurturing client relationships effectively.
  • Sales Skills (Mandatory skill): Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Financial Markets Knowledge: Strong understanding of the financial markets and their dynamics.

  • Resolve client issues promptly and effectively to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and follow up on client portfolios to ensure alignment with their investment goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to cross-sell services and enhance overall client experience.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, new products, and regulatory changes.
