Job Overview


We are looking for a highly motivated Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team at JKMK Solutions Inc. As a Bench Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for marketing and placing qualified IT professionals on bench to clients, coordinating the entire recruitment process, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, with a strong focus on candidate marketing and IT recruitment.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1 to 3 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter or similar role
  • Proven track record in candidate marketing and IT recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of Corp-Corp, Visas, and bench work processes
  • Experience in contract-to-hire placements
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Knowledge of the IT industry and current market trends


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Market and promote qualified IT professionals on bench to clients through various channels
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and deliver suitable candidates
  • Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Negotiate and finalize contract terms and rates with vendors clients
  • Ensure client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market demands to adapt recruitment strategies accordingly
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
