Job Overview

We are seeking a Tech Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team. As a Tech Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for finding top talent in the IT industry to meet our clients' staffing needs. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in tech sales recruitment.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in tech sales recruitment
• Proven track record of successful candidate sourcing and placement
• Knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively evaluate and assess candidates' qualifications and fit
• Familiarity with job boards and social media platforms
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with IT staffing and consultancy services is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Screen and evaluate candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the role
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to determine candidates' technical skills and cultural fit
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and expectations
• Collaborate with the sales team to align recruitment efforts with business goals
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding
• Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals
• Ensure compliance with relevant staffing and employment laws and regulations
