Job Overview
We are looking for a Fresher HR Admin to join our team in Kolkata. This is a full-time position ideal for individuals with 0 to 1 year of work experience. Qualifications and Skills
- Recruitment (Mandatory skill): Ability to source, interview, and hire employees efficiently.
- Employee Relations (Mandatory skill): Capable of managing employee concerns and fostering a positive work environment.
- Performance Management (Mandatory skill): Skills to evaluate employee performance and implement improvement plans.
- Training and Development: Experience or interest in designing and delivering training programs.
- HR Compliance: Knowledge of labor laws and ensuring the organization complies with all regulations.
- Compensation and Benefits: Understanding of salary structures and employee benefits management.
- HRIS: Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems and data management.
- Conflict Resolution: Effective in resolving disputes and promoting a harmonious workplace.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Manage employee relations and support a positive culture within the organization.
- Help administer performance appraisal processes and track employee performance.
- Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
- Handle HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records and HRIS data.
- Assist in the management of compensation and benefits programs.
- Facilitate conflict resolution among employees and maintain workplace harmony.
