2. Manage and lead the plant team, which includes hiring, training, and providing ongoing guidance and

feedback.

3. Keep an eye on production data, find areas that need improvement, and take action to make things work

better.

4. Make sure everyone follows safety rules and encourages a safety-conscious atmosphere in the plant.

5. Work closely with the procurement team to guarantee we have enough raw materials and maintain

inventory levels.

6. Build and sustain relationships with important suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth

operations and customer satisfaction.

7. Put in place quality control measures to make sure all boxes meet required standards and customer

specifications.

8. Keep an eye on and manage production costs, including labor, materials, and equipment maintenance, to

hit cost targets and maximize profits.

9. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in box manufacturing, and suggest

and put into practice improvements as needed.
