  • Create and Implement sales strategies and plans to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Customer Service

  • Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a point of contact for escalated issues and provide prompt resolutions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive loyalty.
  • Look after the sales of product assign target.

Job knowledge, skills, and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • A Master's degree, such as an MBA (Master of Business Administration), is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experienced Sales Professionals: Individuals with a proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the textile industry, are encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum 5-7 Years of experience.

  • Strong sales abilities, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
