- Participate in training programs and workshops to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and professional skills.
- Identify training needs and develop customized programs to address them.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies in all sales activities.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
Customer Service
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Act as a point of contact for escalated issues and provide prompt resolutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and drive loyalty.
- Look after the sales of product assign target.
Job knowledge, skills, and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- A Master's degree, such as an MBA (Master of Business Administration), is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experienced Sales Professionals: Individuals with a proven track record of success in sales, particularly in the textile industry, are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum 5-7 Years of experience.

- Strong sales abilities, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a sales team to achieve their goals.
