Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and experienced Zoho Specialist/ Zoho Expert to join our team at Jireh Software Solutions. As a Zoho Specialist/ Zoho Expert, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Zoho applications to meet the needs of our clients. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in Zoho implementation and customization.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in Zoho implementation and customization
• Strong knowledge of Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, etc.
• Familiarity with Zoho integration and automation
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Certifications in Zoho applications will be an added advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement and customize Zoho applications based on client requirements
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho applications
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and recommend the appropriate Zoho solutions
• Train clients on how to effectively use Zoho applications
• Create and maintain documentation for Zoho implementation and customization processes
• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates in Zoho applications
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance the efficiency of Zoho applications
