Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior PHP Developer to join our team at Jireh Software Solutions. As a Senior PHP Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality PHP applications for our clients. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proven experience as a PHP Developer, with a minimum of 4 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter)
• Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Familiarity with databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
• Attention to detail and a passion for writing clean code

Technical Requirement:

• Proven software development experience in PHP
• Experience with any database either MySQL or Oracle for writing complex queries.
• Candidate must have good knowledge of core PHP & WordPress.
• Knowledge of any mentioned PHP frameworks, Magento, Drupal, CodeIgniter, Yii, Joomla, Drupal, Wikis, etc will be a plus point.
• Knowledge of the repository GitHub/bitbucket 
• Experience on Web service on Rest or SOAP.
• Experience in jquery, ajax, and nodejs.
• Should have experience in Deployment lifecycle either through  
• Writing clean, well-structured, and maintainable code

• If required he/she should deal with the client in a presentable way for requirement understanding.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
• Coordinate with other team members for understanding the requirement or any problem-solving.
• Able to test the requirement after getting the output at a developer level.
• Troubleshooting and debugging existing PHP applications
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and technologies
