Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Business Analyst to join our team at Jireh Software Solutions. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in translating business requirements into technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, with an emphasis on providing the best services in the industry.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
• Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
• Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
• Solid experience in writing SQL queries
• Basic knowledge in generating process documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
• Perform quality assurance
• Define reporting and alerting requirements
• Own and develop relationships with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
• Help design, document, and maintain system processes
• Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product team
• Communicate key insights and findings to the product team
• Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues, and deliver better value to the customer
• Can prepare a well and clear document for the project requirement.
