Job Overview

We are seeking a Restaurant General Manager to join our team in Mumbai and its surrounding areas, including Mumbai Suburban, Navi Mumbai, and Thane. This full-time role requires overseeing restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality service in line with Jio World Centre standards, and managing the Food and Beverage department. Candidates must have strong communication, management, and food service operation skills.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Must have strong communication skills to effectively liaise with staff and guests, ensuring clear interaction and information sharing (Mandatory skill).
  • Expertise in food and beverage operations to uphold the restaurant’s service and quality standards (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven experience in restaurant management, showcasing the ability to lead and oversee daily operations efficiently (Mandatory skill).
  • Proficiency in leadership to inspire, guide, and develop team members to achieve their highest potential, creating a positive work culture.
  • Customer service expertise to exceed guest expectations, maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service.
  • Strong operations management skills, emphasizing process improvement and cost efficiency to enhance restaurant performance.
  • Ability to solve problems swiftly and effectively, ensuring any operational or service issues are resolved to maintain quality standards.
  • Experience in team leadership, with a focus on training, mentoring, and motivating a diverse team to ensure seamless restaurant operations.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee all restaurant operations to ensure a consistent and high-quality guest dining experience.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve restaurant productivity and profitability while maintaining service excellence.
  • Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure food quality, presentation, and service meet Jio World Centre's standards.
  • Foster a team-oriented environment and provide leadership to staff, encouraging professional growth and development.
  • Monitor financial performance, setting targets and measurements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Interact directly with guests to address complaints and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular training and assessments as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing to promote the restaurant and develop initiatives to increase customer engagement and patronage.
