Job Overview

We are seeking an Housekeeper for our prestigious Jio World Centre located in Mumbai. This is a full-time position that requires a meticulous and dedicated professional to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. The ideal candidate will have exemplary housekeeping skills and experience, and will ensure a welcoming environment for our guests and staff.

Qualifications and Skills

• Housekeeping (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated experience in maintaining high cleanliness standards and organizational skills in hospitality or similar environments.
• Cleaning: Ability to execute various cleaning tasks efficiently, with a keen eye for detail to ensure areas are immaculate.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention while handling delicate items and ensuring nothing is overlooked in cleaning processes.
• Communication: Strong verbal communication skills for coordinating with other staff and understanding client requirements effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily housekeeping operations in compliance with high standards set by Jio World Centre.
• Ensure all areas of the facilities are clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
• Identify and rectify any cleaning-related issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet the overall objectives of the Jio World Centre efficiently.
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed to ensure no shortage.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing guests’ inquiries and feedback with professionalism.
• Train and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure service quality and adherence to protocols.
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the facility management team promptly.
