Job Overview
We are seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager - Ticketing Analyst for NMACC based in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will manage ticketing-related data and analyses, utilizing their expertise in Data Analysis, Ticketing System Software, and Microsoft Power BI. This role involves ensuring customer satisfaction and leveraging data to improve ticketing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Collection and Analysis:
- Gather and consolidate data from various sources and departments.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that support business decision-making.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reports and dashboards.
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve performance and support organizational goals.
Report Generation and Presentation:
- Prepare, modify, and maintain timely and accurate MIS reports and dashboards using Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Utilize advanced Excel features (formulas, pivot tables, macros, etc.) to enhance reporting efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop customized reports and dashboards based on business requirements.
- Create clear and visually compelling data visualizations to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
System Maintenance and Support:
- Provide support and maintenance to existing MIS systems.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in reporting.
- Develop and maintain MIS documentation for reference and compliance.
- Assist in maintaining data within the ticketing system, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Support the ticketing systems team in managing and updating show details within the system.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver reporting solutions that meet business needs.
- Provide regular updates on the progress of MIS initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve data-related issues and streamline reporting processes.
- Collaborate with the ticketing systems team to facilitate show creation and data management.
Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Ability to create and maintain dashboards and reports for effective data visualization.
- Prior experience in Power BI is a plus.
- Understanding of database management and SQL is a plus.
- Experience working with ticketing systems and maintaining relevant data is preferred.

- Understanding of business processes and operations.
- Ability to translate data findings into meaningful business recommendations.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.

- Previous experience in a reporting or data analysis role is preferred.
