We are seeking a Mid-Level Strategy and Planning professional to join our team in Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban. As a full-time role, the candidate will contribute to the strategic planning and execution of campaigns, ensuring alignment with the company's goals. The ideal candidate will possess up to 6 years of work experience in relevant fields.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven ability in strategic planning, facilitating the development of comprehensive business strategies.
  • Strong experience in market research, utilizing data to inform strategic decisions and campaigns.
  • Proficient in project management, capable of overseeing projects from inception through to successful completion.
  • Hands-on experience in primary research, gathering first-hand data to support marketing and communication strategies.
  • Skilled in secondary research, analyzing existing data sources to aid in decision-making processes.
  • Adept at pitching ideas, crafting compelling propositions to engage clients effectively.
  • Must have excellent communication skills for collaborative work across different teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
