Position: Sr. TL Process and Technology ( Logistics )


VTS Implementation and maintenance

  • Nodal point for role out of next generation VTS.
  • Centralize tracking of all TT safety lead indicators and performance monitoring.
  • Plan for bringing new equipment/technology to enhance the logistics safety of entire Retail logistics Operation.
  • Close coordinator between both internal and external stake holder to complete the project execution/system integration for smooth and hassle-free operation. Technology vendor and IT
  • Regular coordination with the VTS vendor and supports the field team an error free/robust VTS operation.
  • Work along with field team and take lead of recovery against any lost and damage of VTS unit/equipment.
  • Close coordination with LCS Centre to generate error free report and alerts and monthly Bill validation.
  • Helping the leadership team /Safety/Lc’s to for tech support with respect to Incident/Accident Investigation.
  • Periodic review of Trip exception report/Driver/TT master updation /solve of NRD problems etc.  

New Technology Initiatives

  • Roll out of ADAS/FRC/ TT with cameras etc in Jio bp hired TTs
  • Identification and evaluation of new technologies which are cost efficient, improve safety and Q&Q.
  • Close validation of contractual obligations with PMC /logistics commercial/Legal to have a smooth execution.

Safety parameter improvement

  • Prepare/analysis and share of all management reports as per the requirement. 
  • Identification and elimination of key risk factors in POL TTs through new processes and technologies.
  • Support and close all the audit points raise by auditors with respect to Process and technology.

Data Analytics

  • Able to identify scope of improvement / automation and digitalization of processes to enable lesser manual interventions.

Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)

·       Knowledge / understanding of IT systems and interfacing between operations and IT.

·       Extremely strong knowledge of SAP, BI , Tableau.

·       Analytical and Critical Thinker

·       Excel and MS Office skills

Qualifications

·       Mandatory:  BE any engineering

·       Optional: M.B.A

·       Experience 12+ Years
