Job Description
To achieve Mobile Fuelling Business objectives in terms of Identification of Enterprise Industrial accounts and achieve Targets. To promote concept of value-added selling based on superiority of products and overall proposition that included Q&Q, Fuel Efficient Diesel, Digital Platform and Customer Service. To Develop Business Proposals and offers for Industrial segment, Identify and on-board channel partners for servicing industrial Customers. To develop models for Channel partners and customers that demonstrate better return on Investment (ROI). To Identify locations suitable for stand-alone filling facilities (SAFF) and submit proposals. To Identify & onboard channel partners for Industrial SAFF, ensure credit discipline, address customer complaints, monitor operations for assigned geography and ensure compliance with company policy & government regulation.
Job Accountabilities.
A. Achieve HSD volume targets in Industrila Segment for Mobile Fuelling
- To implement Plan and achieve business targets, market share aspirations and margin objectives for sale of HSD through MDU & PFC to Enterprise customers Pan India.
- To develop sales and marketing strategy for acquiring Enterprise Industrial customers
- To identify potential Industrial belts and target customers
- To continuously update ROI models for Customer and Channel acquisition.
- To assess Segment potential & addressable potential in view of RO network and give inputs to Business Development, Network development and Channel Teams.
- To interact with OEMs and promote business through OEM tie ups
- To maintain database and analyse new customers, lost customers and take corrective action.
- To promote Fuel Efficient HSD in Industrial segments.
- To develop promotional material and presentations.
- To identify locations for SAFF for Industrial Customers
- Prospecting and Identification of Enterprise Accounts and their business requirement, Developing & submitting Business Proposals and Offers leading to Business generation.
- Identification and onboarding of channel partners for Enterprise customers.
- Identification of business partners for setting up SAFF
- Generate testimonials and case studies and share best practices for business enhancement.
B. Monitor and gather market insights on RBMLs competitive position in the market i.e. Competition Pricing, promotions, business process, product and other gaps and provide inputs to for developing relevant policies and market strategies for Industrial segment.
- Inputs on pricing and promotions in line with the market demand to boost business
- Implement demand generation activities through enterprise customers’ / channel partners for maximising sales.
- Study The business process of competing suppliers and share inputs on regular basis
- Continuously benchmark the platform with the market and share inputs to improvise
- Study the competition infrastructure and provide feedback on optimisation
C. Monitor and resolve operational issues for smooth day to day operations for Industrial segment.
- To Monitor location-wise / Customer wise sales
- Innovate and implement ways to improve sales
- Trouble shoot issues in co-ordination with Eng., IT, Automation and sales team·
- To ensure that that assets (PFCs, MDU & IT equipment) are properly looked after and safety need to ascertain at all the time through proper training & adherence of SOP.
- Tracking stock of containers, maintenance of MDU and collection of Business Fee
- Co-ordination with various statutory authorities like PESO, RTO & others, to ensure the Approvals and thereby timely Rollout of MDUs and ensure continues operations.\
- Resolve customer complaints
- Maintain track for timely payments to business partners.
D. Close coordination with various stakeholders – HO & State Teams, Channel Partners, Customers & other Govt. Agencies for Industrial Segment.
- Streamline and expand the Enterprise channel network for optimal performance and maximum reach in the assigned geography.
- Work closely with Channel Partners to increase customer base and operational efficiency by adhering to defined process
- Acquiring new customers by leveraging the USPs of Mobile Fuelling mediums in co-ordination with operations team
- Provide timely information about areas of improvement to various teams
- Extend support to state teams for acquiring necessary permission for Mobile Fuelling Business,
- Timely implementation of Automation initiatives with close coordination with various teams
- Publish MIS to various stakeholders for monitoring and improvement of operations

E. Attributes (Experience and Qualifications)
- Minimum 8 years of B2B Experience and managing Institutional accounts.

- Graduate in Engineering
