This job involves continuous on-ground support for business operations. Monitor, control and coordinate with team in executing day to day transaction processing and ensuring that KPI is delivered as per the SLA. Reviewing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations through MIS reports. Ensure internal controls are in place to ensure completeness and accuracy of transactions. Ensuring timely closing of various weekly and monthly activities such as MIS, reconciliation of vendor & customer ledger, billing vs collection etc. Work towards automation and digitization of financial and accounting processes. Mentor, train and support new Joiner in getting adjusted to the work culture.
Job Accountabilities (duties and responsibilities).
Job Accountabilities
Channel Partners Activities:
· Reconciliation Assets and Security Deposit
· Review the Performance of Channel Partners and Asset Utilisation
· Review Physical Verification Report and Recovery against Assets Damage / Lost
· Assist hassle free Exit for Channel Partner
· Support new 3rd Party MDU and MDU FF Onboarding Processes
Accounting and Reconciliations:
· Review and Analyse Sales and Collection
· Computation of Accurate Dealer Recovery
· Review and Timely Payment of Channel Pay-Outs
· Review and Timely Payment of Opex and Capex
· Review and Invoicing of Collections from Channel Partners
· Review, Control and Monitoring of Capex (Budget, Commitment, Spent and Cashflow)
· Review, Control and Monitoring of Opex – Ensure proper Accounting
· Critical analyse of variance in plan vs. actual
· Monitor the Insurable Interest and aligned with the Insurance Team to get the risk coverage
· Monitor GST and related matters and ensure NIL value leakages
· Prepare Cash Forecast for Business Opex and Capex
· Monitor TDS aspects for business with Customers and Vendors
IT Platform Operations
· Recon, Review and Analyse Merchant Settlement, Nodal Account, Payment Gateway, Customer Refund, Seller Reserves
· Perform Admin FC&A Activities including Review and Analysis of Service Charges, Product Pricing and Maintenance
· TDS and Consumer Compliances (Chargeback Matters and Dispute Redressal)
· Review and Analyse Customer and Order trends
· Do Merchant Settlement and Recon in SAP
· Review the Pricing differential and its maintenance
· Review the Service Charges and its maintenance
· Facilitate Auditor from DB for Nodal Account for periodic Audit
MIS, Reporting and Special Projects
· Weekly Capex, Cashflow, Volume and EBITDA Reporting
· Monthly Reporting of Volume, EBITDA and other metrics
· Annual Plan Preparation and subsequent revisions in outlook
· Review the Variances and reasons thereof - Discussions with Stakeholders
· Migration of Offline Business to Platform
· Migration of Legacy Asset Data in Platform
· Provide day-to-day support to Business Operations / Field queries
