About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Zscaler Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of ZIA/ZPA/ZDX. This role requires deep technical expertise in Network security and remote access technologies, along with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to ensuring secure, seamless connectivity for our enterprise users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementation & Configuration:  Deploy and configure ZIA/ZPA/ZDX solutions across the organization.
• Monitoring & Maintenance: Continuously monitor ZIA/ZPA/ZDX deployments to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security. Perform regular maintenance and updates as needed.
• Troubleshooting: Provide advanced troubleshooting for Zscaler-related issues, working closely with the support team to resolve connectivity and access problems efficiently.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for ZIA/ZPA/ZDX configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Security Compliance: Ensure that ZIA/ZPA/ZDX implementations adhere to industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

Technical Skills:

• Strong understanding of Zero Trust Security models.
• Hands-on experience with cloud security solutions, particularly ZIA/ZPA/ZDX.
• Familiarity with Linux, network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, cloud, SIEM etc.

Qualifications:

B.Tech (Computer Science/IT/Electronics/Communication Engineering) with min 60% marks, Relevant certifications such as Zscaler Certified Engineer (ZCE) , Zscaler Certified Architect

• Experience:
• 4+ years of experience in IT security, ZIA/ZPA/ZDX, networking, or a related field.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
