Required Technical Skill Set: Java, Kotlin, Android sdk, Android IDE

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have**

1. Expertise in Kotlin Java 

2. Deep Understanding Android Architecture (i.e. lifecycle management and sdk features)

3. Experience in Android Unit Testing 

4. Proficient with Android Studio 

5. App Architectures and Design Patterns like MVVM, Clean architecture 

6. Knowledge of AndroidX, ViewModel, LiveData, Flows

7. Good Gradle Flavour Understanding 

8. Knowledge of JSON, web-services, REST, security, Retrofit, Dagger2, HILT 

9. XML understanding 

10. Jetpack Compose 

Good-to-Have 

1. Experience with CI-CD Pipeline - preferably Azure

2. Experience with Source Code Management preferably with Azure
