  • Effective stakeholder management skills, working collaboratively with different departments to fulfill hiring needs.
  • Negotiation skills for discussing and finalizing salary packages, ensuring both company budget alignment and candidate satisfaction.
  • Data management capabilities, being organized in maintaining candidate information and recruitment metrics.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet company staffing needs, focusing on technology roles.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless process for candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and align recruitment efforts.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability and technical expertise.
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates, balancing budget limitations and candidate expectations.
