Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead specializing in Python to join our team at Jio. This Senior-level position requires a minimum of 7 years and a maximum of 10 years of work experience. The job location is flexible, with opportunities in Mumbai, Delhi, and Gurgaon. This role is full-time and involves coordinating project efforts, code reviews, and providing technical leadership.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience with at least 7-10 years of work in software development, ideally in a technical leadership role
• Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in creating robust and scalable applications
• Expertise in POWERSHELL (Mandatory skill)
• Experience with Kubernetes (Mandatory skill)
• Proficiency in managing Docker containers (Mandatory skill)
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience in project management
• Experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality standards
• Strong team leadership skills, capable of mentoring and guiding junior engineers
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
• Review and approve code changes, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices
