Job Overview
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner specializing in Technology Hiring for our Navi Mumbai headquarters. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will play a critical role in sourcing and recruiting top technology talent to support Jio's expanding digital initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in recruitment processes, particularly within the technology sector, ensuring the right fit for organizational culture and roles.
- Expertise in sourcing methodologies, with a track record of identifying and engaging high-caliber technical candidates. (Mandatory skill)
- Strong interviewing skills to assess candidates effectively against job criteria and organizational needs. (Mandatory skill)
- Proficiency in offer management, including crafting competitive compensation packages in line with market standards.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to collaborate with internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Experience in IT recruitment, aligning technical requirements with candidate profiles for optimum fit and performance.
- Ability to provide strategic insights and guidance on talent acquisition to drive business performance and employee engagement.
- Strong understanding and application of employment laws and regulations in recruitment practices, ensuring compliance and fairness.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract a diverse pipeline of qualified technology candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide expertise for creating well-defined job descriptions.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews, providing detailed assessments and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Coordinate the offer process, including salary negotiations and extending offers, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with organizational policies.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and HR partners to deliver effective recruitment solutions and drive hiring strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously enhance talent acquisition efforts.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to inform talent decisions, improving recruitment effectiveness and reducing time-to-fill metrics.
