Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science

Experience: 3+ Years of relevant experience with HP Storage solutions (Allerta, Storageonce, and Scality) and SAN Switches.

Skills Required:

Excellent product knowledge and troubleshooting skills on HPE/Scality/Brocade and S3/NAS products.

2. Knowledge of Replication technology/DR.

3. Good Understanding of Operating systems and Networking.

4. Good understanding and basic troubleshooting knowledge on Storage Area Networks, Brocade zoning, and Storage Masking.

5. They should be able to handle critical incidents and perform root cause analysis.

6. Experience in handling user service requests and alert management is required.

7. Experience in Unix/Linux/VMware.

8. Experience in NAS/S3 Solutions.

9. Experience in Virtualization.

10. Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment.

11. ITIL Awareness.
