6 to 12 Years of Experience in HPE and Other Storage products

Skills Required

1. Aptitude towards problem solving and troubleshooting skills on Storage, SAN connectivity, backup software, Virtualization including log analysis.

2. Excellent product knowledge and troubleshooting skills on XP8/Primera and Unified/NAS products

3. Additional knowledge on StoreOnce products

4. Operating systems and Networking

5. Good understanding and basic troubleshooting knowledge on Storage Area Networks

6. Experience in Unix/Linux

8. Experience on Virtualization

9. Experience in NAS Solutions

10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

11. Leadership skills in working with cross technology platforms.

12. Experience in troubleshooting in a technical environment

13. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

14. Software and hardware knowledge of computing and storage

Preferred Skills

1. Knowledge of Remote Support and Remote monitoring processes and concepts

2. Tools Knowledge on Service Now

3. ITIL Certified.

4. Experience in Unix/Linux,

5. Experience with Service Guard, SGeSAP

6. Exposure on Virtualization.
