Software Solution Architect

Job Responsibilities:

1.              Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.

2.              Architecture Design: Design and document software architectures that address functional and non-functional requirements, considering scalability, reliability, security, and performance.

3.              Technology Evaluation: Research and evaluate emerging technologies and tools to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in software development processes.

4.              Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

5.              Prototyping and Proof of Concept: Create prototypes and proof of concepts to validate architectural decisions and demonstrate feasibility of solutions.

6.              Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews to ensure compliance with architectural principles, coding standards, and best practices. Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure software quality and reliability.

7.              Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimization opportunities in software solutions, and propose and implement solutions to improve performance and scalability.

8.              Risk Management: Identify technical risks and issues early in the development process and propose mitigation strategies to address them.

9.              Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product management, development, quality assurance, and operations. Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.

10.           Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes, tools, and methodologies.

Qualifications:

1.              Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

2.              Proven experience 12 years in software development, with a focus on architecture design and development.

3.              Strong knowledge of software architecture patterns, design principles, and best practices.

4.              Proficiency in programming languages such as Java,node, Python, or similar.

5.              Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

6.              Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

7.              Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

8.              Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

9.              Certifications such as TOGAF, Agile, Scrum master, or similar (optional but preferred).
