Software Product Manager

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1.      Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with company objectives, market trends, and customer needs.

2.      Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, trends, and customer pain points.

3.      Roadmap Planning: Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on strategic goals, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.

4.      Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

5.      Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of the product roadmap.

6.      Assign tasks and ensure timely completion.

7.      Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and clients.

8.      Monitor and evaluate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

·      Proven experience 15 in software product management, with a track record of successfully delivering software products from concept to launch.

·      Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and experience working in cross-functional Agile teams.

·      Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

·      Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana) and product management tools (e.g., Aha!, Product board) is a plus.

·      Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and experience working with design teams to create intuitive user experiences.

·      Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards common goals.

·      A passion for technology and a deep understanding of software products and industry trends.
