Key Responsibilities
- Work as an SME in a complex Integration Infrastructure and provide Application Support to CRM for Reliance Jio which includes SAP CRM and Oracle as technologies.
- Engage in day to day high Severity Incident Resolution and perform Root Cause Analysis
- Resolution of Incident Tickets and Service Requests
- Troubleshooting of exceptions, performance issues and latencies / errors across the Middleware stack applications
- Automate the critical jobs across the Middleware platform to minimize manual errors and human intervention
- Work closely with the Technology stakeholders, Product, Application development, QA, etc. and offer right feedback
- Implementation of effective monitoring for all the events and logs with right alerting / escalations for the critical alerts.
- Perform Installation and Configurations
- Documentation of runbooks, incident response and RCA reports etc.
- Willing to work in shifts
Educational Qualifications
- Graduate in any engineering specialization (BE/Btech)
Years of Experience (minimum & maximum)
- 6 to 12 years
- Domain: Must have working knowledge of the SAP CRM
Knowledge & Skills (Indicate which criteria are mandatory)
- Computer Science or equivalent engineering graduate from a reputed college
- Experience in technologies required for an intensive transactional, highly scalable and available set-up.
- Hands-on experience on CRM, PL SQL, SAP CRM Functional, SAP ABAP, SAP Fiori
- Understanding of Telecom processes
- Good understanding of Customer life cycle
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
