Position: SME Engineer for K2-BPM
Education: BE/B.Tech/MCA/MSc-IT, Telecom background preferred.
Experience: minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on IT experience in Operations/DevOps/Application & Production support.
Job Description :
- Hands-on strong technical skills in MSSQL SQL, PL/SQL, Power Shell scripts and other databases
- Knowledge of IIS, Windows servers, web service deployments, task schedulers, event viewer
- Understanding of C# .NET GUI applications using WinForms
- Understanding of Web/Rest API services
- Good understanding of Relational database technology using Microsoft SQL Server including SQL
- Good understanding of K2 platform, Designer, Runtime, Smartobjects, Smartobjects Tester
- Good understanding of the different types of service instance K2 supports, K2 controls, K2 Smartforms
- Knowledge of Automation tools of the manual processes
- Knowledge of Automated testing or manual testing
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
