RRVL One Tech is seeking a visionary Senior Technical Architect to provide technical leadership and architectural direction for our large-scale, business-critical platforms. With 10–15+ years of experience, you will define our target architecture, integrate cutting-edge GenAI/Agentic AI capabilities, and ensure our systems remain secure, resilient, and cost-efficient.

You will be the primary architect for multiple products, balancing delivery speed with long-term technical sustainability. Your mission is to evolve our landscape into a polyglot, cloud-native, and event-driven ecosystem while deeply embedding Agentic AI to unlock new automation and user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

·      Own the end-to-end roadmap, defining reference architectures and reusable blueprints for microservices, APIs, and data platforms.

·      Design scalable, highly available, low-latency systems on AWS/GCP/Azure using Kubernetes and managed services.

·      Architect RAG frameworks, vector-search retrieval, multi-step orchestration pipelines, and Agentic AI systems where tools and APIs coordinate autonomously.

·      Lead monolith decomposition (Strangler pattern) and large-scale workload migrations to the cloud.

·      Establish non-functional requirements (performance, security, observability) and conduct deep design reviews for critical components.

Technical Expertise

·      10–15+ years of software engineering experience, with 5+ years owning architecture for large-scale distributed systems.

·      Deep Expertise in Distributed Patterns: Microservices, Event-Driven Design, CQRS, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

·      Production experience in at least two of: Java, Go, Python, or Node.js.

·      AI/ML Proficiency: Hands-on experience building GenAI solutions, including prompt workflows, embeddings, and vector databases.

·      Expert knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Service Mesh, API Gateways, and Cloud Networking.

·      Strong knowledge of RDBMS, NoSQL, and streaming platforms like Kafka.

·      Deep understanding of Zero-Trust concepts, encryption, and secrets management.

·      Proficiency in Agentic AI and GenAI assisted coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) to drive productivity.

Qualifications & Attributes

·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.

·      Proven track record of productionizing AI/ML or data-intensive workloads at scale.

·      Excellent communication skills—ability to translate complex technical concepts for senior business stakeholders.

·      Preferred: Experience with multi-region active-active architectures and Lakehouse data patterns.
