We're looking for an experienced and engaging Program Manager who exemplifies what it means to be a servant-leader, a trusted advisor, and a confident mentor to teams, both technical and non-technical in nature. You'll be joining a growing, cross-functional team of Production engineers, Development Engineers, Engineering Managers, Technical Operations team in the eCommerce space. You will use your knowledge and experience coaching best practices across both technical and non-technical teams to advance our mission.

Key Responsibilities
• Coach cross-functional team members in program and project management best practices
• Guide, lead, escalate and clear impediments blocking progress toward team goals
• Identify and manage dependencies, interactions, and deliverables within and across multiple teams
• Work with the Leaders of Program Management to build and scale operational best practices to align multiple teams and individuals with the company's overall objectives and priorities
• Ability to undertake, lead and oversee Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management process design and adherence.
Domain: Must have a good understanding of the eCommerce domain in at least one retail segment (Grocery, Fashion and Apparel, Specialty, etc.) covering functions ranging from Channels (Online, Mobile, Call Center, etc.), Web Merchandising, Search, and OMS.
Nature and Scope:
• Proven ability to coach and mentor both technical teams in project management and practices in a replicable, scalable way
• 6-12 years of Program Management experience with proven expertise in PM methodologies, concepts, practices, and standards
• Significant experience leveraging software development and team collaboration tools
• Experience managing programs and projects for distributed teams
• Experience in Data Analysis, reporting, dashboards
• Hands-on experience in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
