Introduction:

We are hiring for Senior Product Manager role, who would help us in building the product roadmap by working closely with Design, Engineering, Geography, Operations, Marketing etc. teams. This role is primarily for building great customer experience of e-commerce product. As a part of product management team, you will be responsible for setting directions and driving strategic and technical product initiatives.

We are hiring this role for our internal business group which is focused on Omnichannel commerce covering Offline Stores and Online Ecommerce offerings. Our customers span both Consumers (B2C) and B2B (Retailers, Distributors and Wholesalers). 

 Key Responsibilities:

1.      Define strategy and road map for e-commerce product, working closely with other product managers, technology team and business stakeholders

2.      Build and Solve customer experience across acquisition, payment etc. with the help of market research, business feedback

3.      Capable of working in ambiguity

4.      Data driven decision making skills and agility to solve business challenges

5.      Translate business strategy into product strategy and create viable solutions with the help of technologies

6.      Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities

7.      Ability to prioritize features and defects and solve them with the help of technology

8.      Work closely with design team in creating customer focused user experience

9.      Adept at Go to Market strategy helping the launch of product and features

Requirements:

1. 8 years to 12 years of experience in Product Management
2. Experience in Platform and sub vertical from ecommerce company.
3. Experience working in agile development process
4. Adept in documentation and wireframe creation
5. Strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
6. Experience working in e-commerce
7. Experience in Platform
8. Experience in handling user acquisition and drive metrics associated with customer acquisitions
9. Graduate/Post-graduate with engineering background
10. Looking for someone with 9 to 12 years of experience in product management
11. Previous Software development apart from Product Management and Engineering/MBA from top tier universities is a plus.

Qualifications Required:

• BE/B.Tech & MBA or equivalent degree from premium institute
• 8 to 12 years of professional experience in product Management in Platform and Vertical from ecommerce company.
