2 Experience Must have 15 to 20 Years of total experience in the field of Data Centre Planning, Designing and Implementation for Hybrid Clouds.

3 Mandatory Skills/Knowledge

• Must have prior experience of designing and implementation of at least 2 large scale datacenters including Network, Compute, Storage and Cloud.
• Should have prior experience in defining Data Centre roadmap and Capacity Planning strategy for multiple customers.
• Must have worked on managing Cloud Region / Availability Zone designs, Planning and Implementation for Hyper Scalers / Private Clouds.
• Should have prior experience in datacenter designing for high density RACKS using cooling systems like liquid to the RACK or DLC (Direct to chip cooling).
• Design and implement power distribution systems, Optimize power usage efficiency and ensure redundancy to minimize downtime risks.
• Architect network infrastructure for data center environments, including switches, routers, and firewalls. Implement high-speed interconnects and design network topologies to support scalable and resilient connectivity.
• Develop rack layouts and configurations to maximize space utilization and airflow management.
• Design fault-tolerant architectures to ensure high availability and minimize service disruptions.
• Architect storage solutions tailored to meet performance, capacity, and data protection requirements.
• Optimize compute resources through virtualization and containerization technologies.
• Design and deploy private cloud environments based on virtualization platforms like VMware or OpenStack.
