• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in server/network administration/operations.

• Education Qualification BE or BTECH

• 4+ years of IT industry experience

• 2 Factor authentication administration and operation experience.

• Basic Knowledge of Secure RSA, AAA, network device monitoring tools

• Candidate with CCNA/MCSE/Red Hat will be given preference.

• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix/Cent OS/Windows Server OS.

• Should have knowledge / Experience in Firewall, Web Proxy, Multi factor authentication solutions.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Should have proven knowledge on Incident management and service request handling.

• Knowledge of monitoring tool and process.

• L2 Troubleshooting skills on Application level.

• Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Team player and willing to work in 24*7 environment.

• Familiar in network routing and network switch protocols, Wireshark, TCP/IP and technologies.

• Familiar with change management and ITIL processes
