2 Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Lead to govern our IT Security operation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Security delivery, including security engineering for new projects, automation and optimization.

3 Key Responsibilities

• Threat Intelligence: Stay updated with the latest threat intelligence to anticipate and counteract potential security threats.
• Policy Development: Create and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with relevant laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., ISO 2001, ISO 27701, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
• Audits and Assessments: Coordinate regular security audits and assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of security measures.
• Experience in designing of security controls, risk assessment framework, and regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate risks and develops security standards, procedures, and controls to manage and mitigate the risks.
• Provides remediation guidance and prepares management reports to track remediation activities.
• Knowledge in information security management, compliance principles, practices, laws, rules, and regulations
• Strong understanding on Information technology systems and processes, network infrastructure, data architecture, data processes, and protocols
• Knowledge in cloud security standard frameworks, architecture, design, controls, technology solutions and service orchestration
• Support the assessment and implementation of security and compliance tools and automation.
• Knowledge of key industry compliance standards, frameworks, guidelines, policies, security controls
• Review and management of technical security roadmaps related to cloud security.
• Working on proof-of-concept projects and conduct customer workshops.
• Provide solutions and implementing effective security strategies on cloud and on-premises.
• Responsible for providing support and documentation for all activities related to the security architecture.
• Perform Cloud connectivity solution design based on internal business requirements in the areas of public Cloud IaaS, PaaS & SaaS offerings.
• Understanding of customer security requirements, proposing, and delivering custom solutions
• Develop Security Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive security strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Leadership: Lead the security team, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
• Budget Management: Manage the budget for the security department, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.

Technical Skill

• Cybersecurity Knowledge:
• In-depth understanding of cybersecurity principles, threats, and vulnerabilities.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks like NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, and CIS Controls.
• Hand-on experience in vulnerability management, patch management, ID management lifecycle, privilege management, proxy and other security services
• Network Security:
• Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network monitoring tools.
• Ability to design and implement secure network architectures.
• Incident Response and Management:
• Experience with incident response procedures and tools.
• Ability to lead a team in identifying, responding to, and mitigating security incidents.
• Risk Management:
• Skills in identifying, assessing, and prioritizing risks.
• Experience with risk management frameworks and methodologies.
• Security Tools and Technologies:
• Proficiency with security tools such as Proxy, Tenable, Cisco security devices, SIEM, DLP, antivirus software, and endpoint protection.
• Experience with penetration testing tools and techniques.
• Cryptography:
• Understanding of encryption algorithms, key management, and secure communications.

Soft Skill

• Leadership and Management:
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of security professionals.
• Strong project management skills to oversee security projects and initiatives.

5 Certifications Relevant certifications such as ISO 27001 LA, CISSP, CISM, CEH, or CompTIA Security+. are highly desirable.
