Role Objective/Summary

The SDE 2 for Consumer Apps (Web technology React JS) will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance web applications using React JS. This role requires a deep understanding of web development best practices and the ability to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

·        Develop and maintain web applications using React JS, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.

·        Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.

·        Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on performance and scalability.

·        Perform code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

·        Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues.

·        Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web development.

·        Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in security and data privacy.

Candidate Specifications

Academics:

·        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:

·        3-5 years of experience in web development with React JS.

Technical & Behavioural Skills:

·        Proficiency in JavaScript and React JS.

·        Strong understanding of web UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.

·        Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries integration.

·        Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

·        Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

·        Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes for web development is a plus.
