Job Description
Qualification: Any Graduate
Exp: 4-5.5 yrs.
Work Location: Mumbai.
· Must be MCP SCCM 2012 / Current Branch Certified or Certification in at least 1 Software Distribution tool.
· Minimum 5+ years of overall experience and 3+ years on Relevant Experience
· Should be having intermediate level knowledge on SWD products especially SCCM 2012 / SCCM Current Branch.
· Should have proven knowledge on Incident management and service request handling.
· Should be able to resolve the issues independently.
· Good technical, communication and presentation skills.
· Ability to learn quickly.
· Ability to manage L1 team resources with proper communication, providing them adequate training.
Detailed responsibilities for this profile would be as follows:
· SCCM Sites, Distribution Points, SCCM Client management & maintenance.
· SQL Database management, maintenance & troubleshooting.
· SCCM Software Distribution, Patch Deployment, OSD tasks & related activities.
· Preparing reports & documentation as per organization’s requirement for SCCM services & activities.
· Level 2 Troubleshooting.
· Creation/Modification on SCCM Server Policies.
· Deploy Change Requests.
· CI creation and deployment.
· Configuring/Maintaining discovery methods.
· Manage P1 and P2 related issues.
