Summary

Responsible for leading the development, implementation, and optimization of RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) systems within our organization. Working closely with various teams to design RFID solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve inventory management, and ensure the seamless integration of RFID technology into existing processes. This position requires deep technical expertise in RFID technology, as well as a strong understanding of its applications across different industries.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design, develop, and implement RFID solutions tailored to the specific needs of the company.
2. Work with cross-functional teams to integrate RFID systems with existing software and hardware infrastructure.
3. Oversee the deployment of RFID readers, antennas, and tags, ensuring optimal placement and configuration for maximum efficiency.
4. Indepth knowledge in AIDC and RFID products
5. Serve as the primary technical expert on all aspects of RFID technology, providing guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders.
6. Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to determine the best RFID solutions for various use cases.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to RFID systems, including hardware malfunctions, software bugs, and integration challenges.
8. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure RFID equipment and services, managing relationships and ensuring quality
9. Deep technical knowledge of RFID components, including tags, readers, antennas, and middleware.
10. Experience with RFID system integration with ERP, WMS, and other enterprise systems.

Skills

1. Familiarity with IoT (Internet of Things) technologies and their integration with RFID systems.
2. Knowledge of security protocols and best practices related to RFID data transmission and storage.
3. Strong understanding of RFID applications across industries
