As a **Program Manager**, you will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and executing strategic programs that align with the organization's objectives. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, timelines, and scope, and ensure the successful delivery of initiatives from inception to completion. The role requires strong project management skills, the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and a focus on improving processes and delivering high-quality results.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Program Strategy & Execution**:

 - Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of key programs, including planning, development, and execution phases.

 - Define program goals, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and align them with the company’s business objectives.

 - Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for each program. 

- **Cross-Functional Leadership**:

 - Work closely with various teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to ensure alignment, remove roadblocks, and facilitate collaboration.

 - Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including senior leadership, to provide updates on program status, risks, and outcomes.

 - Manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and address issues in a timely manner to ensure the program stays on track.

- **Stakeholder Management**:

 - Regularly communicate with stakeholders to provide status updates, gather feedback, and ensure their needs are met.

 - Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive program success.

- **Performance Monitoring & Reporting**:

 - Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for program evaluation.

 - Track and report on progress, risks, and milestones, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.

 - Continuously monitor and improve program efficiency by implementing best practices and process improvements.

 **Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.

- 4+ years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, or a related field.

- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).

- Proven ability to manage complex programs with multiple workstreams and dependencies.
