Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced PMO/Project Coordinator to join our team, responsible for managing and coordinating projects related to IT cloud infrastructure. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and experience working with cloud infrastructure technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage projects from initiation to delivery

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets

- Liaise with stakeholders, including project sponsors, vendors, and team members

- Monitor and report on project progress, identify and mitigate risks

- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and frameworks

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, architecture, and operations

- Manage project resources, including vendors and contractors

- Develop and maintain project documentation and artifacts

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- 5+ years of experience in project management or coordination

- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

- Experience with project management tools and software (Asana, Trello, MS Project)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or cloud infrastructure (Azure Certified Cloud Practitioner) is a plus.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with agile project methodologies

- Knowledge of IT service management frameworks (ITIL)

- Familiarity with cloud security and compliance frameworks (CIS, PCI-DSS)
