Role Objective/Summary

The Product UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces for Shein India's digital products. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate user needs into innovative design solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

·        Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.

·        Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

·        Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative design solutions.

·        Ensure the consistency and quality of the user experience across all digital products.

·        Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX design.

·        Advocate for the user and ensure that design decisions are aligned with user needs and business goals.

Candidate Specifications

Academics:

·        Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Experience:

·        3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a digital product environment.

Technical & Behavioural Skills:

·        Strong proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.

·        Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

·        Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail.

·        Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

·        Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

·        A portfolio demonstrating strong UI/UX design skills and process.
