We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our Central Inventory/Jio Mart Digital teams under Jio Platforms Limited.


Central Inventory is a key initiative for the company in its endeavour to drive a digital transformation that optimises Inventory related costs while ensuring high level of Product availability. Jio Mart Digital is an omnichannel new commerce platform tailored for the electronics business. This position holds pivotal importance and entails collaborating closely with Product Management, Platform Development, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure Management, Data Analytics, and Data Science.


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering coupled with extensive experience in product management, particularly in the retail or e-commerce sector. Should have closely worked with finance teams in the past. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our products, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional value to our customers.


Key Responsibilities :


·        Product Strategy: Assist in developing and executing product strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities. Leverage market research, customer feedback, and industry trends to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.

·        Roadmap Planning: Contribute to defining and prioritizing product features based on customer needs and business objectives. Assist in maintaining the product roadmap and ensuring alignment with stakeholders.

·        Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to support product development from concept to launch. Actively participate in meetings and discussions, providing valuable input and insights.

·        Product Development: Support the product development lifecycle by assisting in defining requirements and coordinating with engineering teams. Help ensure timely delivery of features and functionality while maintaining quality standards.

·        User Experience (UX) Optimization: Champion the user experience, continuously refining and improving product usability, functionality, and performance. Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to gather insights and inform product decisions.

·        Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics and metrics to track product performance, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and iterate on product features to drive user engagement and satisfaction. Support decision-making processes with data-driven insights and recommendations.

·        Stakeholder Management: Communicate product updates and progress to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the product vision. Collaborate with senior leadership to provide updates and recommendations for product growth and success.

Educational Qualifications :


·        Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science or related field from Top Tier Institute.

Advanced degree (MBA) preferred.

Additional Skills :

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

·        Ability to think critically and solve problems in a dynamic environment is important.
