You are a perfect match for us - if you are a hands-on product leader with

-         12+ years Should have strong experience in product analytics in a large-scale

e-commerce organization.

-         All data sources like Google analytics, Order Management System, Personalization etc use that to convert to insights and regular updates to management.

-         Strong in Data visualization and tools.

-         An ability to influence his/her team and stakeholders.

-         An ability to adapt quickly & willingness to be part of our ambitious growth journey.

What will be your responsibilities –

• As a member of the Product Leadership Team, you will contribute significantly to overall product and organizational strategy.
• He/She is also expected to provide strategic input to business based on data. Define and lead the strategic direction for omnichannel product charter, focusing on innovation and meeting the evolving needs of the beauty market.
• Develop effective communication channels with the cross functional business teams to ensure transparency and alignment on product strategies and roadmaps.
